What does your role involve?
It’s difficult to sum up such a multi faceted role in a couple of lines, but in a nutshell, I assist brokers to build profitable and sustainable businesses
What do you love about working at Buyers Choice?
I love that Buyers Choice is an aggregator on a much smaller scale, so brokers are part of the team not just a number.
Why did you join the mortgage and finance industry?
Well I studied marketing and was working in shopping centre management. It was time for a change and I managed to get a role as a Field Marketing Manager with Mortgage Choice. That was almost 15 years ago and I haven’t looked back
What might people not know about you?
Haha, people don’t know these things because they shouldn’t 😊
What are your hobbies/interests?
Life is hectic with work and three kids so really in my spare time I like to do something for me like have a massage or go shopping!
What are your top three tips for mortgage brokers?
- Utilise all the resources available to you through your aggregator and your chosen industry body
- The three most important elements to running a successful mortgage broking business are Lead Generation, Lead Conversion and database management
