Mark is the director of Empirical Finance. With over 15 years of industry experience, including working as a commercial banker and as a private banker for one of the big 4 banks, Mark and his multitalented team are experienced in residential, commercial and asset finance, as well as private equity and property. He has acted as director for a large non-for-profit organisation which has helped shape his people first approach.

Mark is a chartered accountant and has worked for one of Australia’s largest accounting practices, he has additionally worked in corporate finance, giving him a strong, overarching knowledge of the finance industry.

Mark is solutions driven and enjoys providing security for his clients through sound financial advice. He has his client’s best interests at heart and considers getting to know his clients and creating a genuine, positive change in their lives the most rewarding part of his job.

Outside the office, Mark enjoys an active lifestyle, including bike riding, hiking, and spending time at the beach. He has a keen interest in politics and is a pinball enthusiast. He also enjoys painting and spending time with his family.
