Damien Condon
WA State Manager
Damien grew up in the not so sunny plains of Gippsland in Victoria. He has a degree in Language and Literature, and started his working life as an English and Physical Education high school teacher.
After moving to Perth to pursue an AFL career, Damien transitioned into the finance industry in 2002 and started his own sub-aggregation business, Southern Cross Broker Network (SCBN). He then diversified the business to include wealth management/ financial planning and a conveyancing arm, before selling it in 2016. He remained on as General Manager of SCBN until it was acquired by the Money Quest Group (MQG) in 2023.
In his role as WA State Manager, Damien enthusiastically shares the lessons he learnt as a small business owner with MQG brokers, and provides quality professional and personal training opportunities to brokers and their staff.
Damien is a father of 5 and resides in Perth, Western Australia.
