With a passion for recruiting, inducting, and supporting brokers, Darren is dedicated to helping them build profitable and sustainable long-term businesses. His commitment to fostering a healthy and inclusive culture ensures that all brokers feel valued and supported.
Drawing from his background as a mortgage broker, Darren has a deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges brokers face. This perspective allows him to relate to their experiences and assist in crafting solid plans to help them reach the next level. Darren firmly believes in the power of hard work to achieve outstanding outcomes while maintaining a balance between personal and family life.
Outside of work, Darren enjoys keeping fit and taking leisurely walks with his pet Cavoodle, Bear, alongside his wife and children.
