I talk with people who are either considering changing aggregators to gaining more support and assistance to grow their business or people who are new to the industry wanting to start a new business.

Why did you join the mortgage and finance industry?

I started a lead generation business in 2007 and worked very closely with brokers all around the country.

What might people not know about you?

I hate coriander.

What are your hobbies/interests?

I love my family and hiking.

What are your top three tips for mortgage brokers?

  • Activity, activity, activity… this is an activity-based business and you need to focus on dollar productive activities.
  • Always focus on building your referral networks and give top service to the referral partners you have.
  • Outsource your back office very quickly.
