What does your role involve?
I provide support and assistance to all our members and focus on general day to day member enquiries. I organise referrer setups, update broker details and action all member accreditation issues and enquiries. I also support our Executive Team at head office.
Why did you join the mortgage and finance industry?
I wanted to try something new. I like working with people and I love that I can learn about the industry at the same time as fulfilling my primary role in assisting brokers with all their member needs.
What might people not know about you?
I’m from Ireland and 10 years ago I came to Australia for a holiday. It’s been my home ever since.
What are your hobbies/interests?
Music, trips to the countryside and hanging out with my lab puppy, Maggie.
What are your top tips for mortgage brokers?
- Don’t leave lender accreditations until last minute.
- Build and maintain relationships with your clients.
