What does your role involve?
I’m focused on general day to day member enquiries, as well as handling all the onboarding of our growing member base. My role also involves organising referrer setups, updating member details for our brokers and all accreditations and commission inquiries.

The opportunity came up and I felt my skills and experience in delivering exceptional customer experience were a perfect fit for this industry.

What are your top three tips for mortgage brokers?
- Stick with it… the first few years are tough but it’s worth it in the end
